Ingredients for Rye bread with cottage cheese
Wholemeal spelt for the dough is firm | ||

2-3 | dl | Various seeds and nuts (Sunflower-pumpkin or flaxseed) |
250 | g | Cheasy cottage cheese 1.5% |
3 | tbsp | Honey or syrup |
5 | dl | Rye flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Water |

To prepare the Rye bread with cottage cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water. Add salt, honnning and cottage cheese and stir well. Add the flour and knead the dough for a long time to make it smooth and smooth. Roll it to a sausage and pour it into a baking soda lubricated with oil (eg flaxseed oil, but may carry others)
Let the dough rise until it is about a cm above the edge. Dot many holes in the dough with a meat needle and brush with oil. Baked for about an hour at 180 degrees warm air.
