To prepare the Russian chopstick recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the loaf and mix it with the meat, beetroot, parsley and capers. Add eggs, cream, chinese soy, salt and pepper. Stir the dough together and form it into eight steaks, sandwiched in margarine on the forehead 4-5 min on each side.

Served with a Creme-Fraiche dressing and fresh salad.
