75 | g | Yeast (1 ½ package) |

Instructions for Rungstedlund tart
To prepare the Rungstedlund tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the eggs, and eggs, flour and the other ingredients kneaded into a uniform dough.
2/3 of dough rolled out in baking pandens size approx. 30 x 40 cm. A greased roasting pan covered with dough, which pulled a few cm. up the sides. Fill greased evenly all over the dejstykket.
The rest of the dough rolled out to approximately the size of ca. 30 x 40 cm pan Baleen. and cut into strips with a klejne track and added over the filling. After raising to double in size in a warm place, covered.
Cake spread with egg white, and sprinkled with chopped almonds and coarse sugar.
Bake at 220 degrees C for about 15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
