Instructions for Rung's Bliss
To prepare the Rung's Bliss recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites are beaten to a very stiff froth, stir icing sugar and raspberry jam with caution, but without the juice by. This mass is poured on a pair of flat dishes which withstands to put into the oven, to whites can be dried as meringue. This should be done the day before. On the same day as the dessert to be eaten, stir the egg yolks (which has been covered) with sugar and place in the boiling milk, hence making a good cream, like Add vanilla essence and isinglass dissolved in a little water. The cream is stirred until it is about regular cold, then poured it over marengsen and once it has solidified, covered it with whipped cream. Serve, if desired. with macaroons.
