Instructions for Royal Eggs (Huevos Reales)
To prepare the Royal Eggs (Huevos Reales) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites in a large bowl until they are very stiff. The egg yolks are whipped in another bowl until they are very easy. Gently turn the egg whites into the flowers and put the dough in a low shape. Place the mold in a pan and pour so much water that it is half on the mold. Let the cake boil 10-15 minutes at 170 degrees C (low heat) until the egg mass is solid. Take it out of the mold and cut it into 4 pieces once it has cooled. It is best done with a knife dipped in boiling water.
Pour ½ dl. Of the sherry over the raisins in a small bowl and let them pull in the wine. Boil water, sugar and cinnamon pole for 5 minutes. Take the cinnamon and pour the sugar layer into a flat mold or saucepan.
Lay the cake pieces in the layer. When they are moist, they are served on a serving dish or on dessert plates. Put the layer and add the rest of the sherry and pour this layer over the dessert. Sprinkle the raisins together with the roasted peanuts.
