To prepare the Rowan berries syrup with sour apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the fruit. Cut the apples into coarse pieces and getting them up in a sour grapes and juice boil or pot with 2 dl. water in the bottom. Boil the juice of the fruits. Pressure slightly with back of a spoon, then a bit of the thick juice comes with.
Objectives the juice up and add per dl. juice – 100 g. sugar and 10 g. apple vinegar. Boil the syrup for unrelenting heat for 5 minutes. Foams away impurities and make syrup sample.
Tips:
