Instructions for Romanian vegetable soup
To prepare the Romanian vegetable soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
All vegetables are cleaned and carrot, parsley root, cabbage and celery cut into thin slices. Squash'en, Aubergine and the peeled potatoes cut into cubes, pebrene into strips and tomatoes into slices.
All vegetables, except potatoes, tomatoes and peppers, sauté in the fat for they have fallen together. Then add the potato dice and as much boiling water that it covers. It all boils over low heat until it is almost tender, then accepted the tomatoes and peppers in the soup and season with salt and pepper.
By server no sprinkled with chopped parsley and a little lemon juice in order to give it a tangy flavor. Bread be eaten.
All kinds of vegetables can be used for this soup.
