Ingredients for Roll Herring

1/2 | dl | Sugar |

Instructions for Roll Herring
To prepare the Roll Herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fins of the herrings and pass them on for any small bones. Sprinkle them with salt and let them draw for 10 minutes. Rinse the herrings and dry them with a kitchen roll. Stir the herring with mustard and pepper on. Chop the pinned onions and spread them on. Roll the herring together. Lay them side by side in a deep pan or flat bottom pan.
Boil the sugar until dissolved. Pour it over the herrings. Let it simmer for approx. 10 minutes - finally, do not boil boil and then boil for mash. Let the herrings swell in the law.
Decorate the sour rolls with sliced onions and a sprinkle of red peppercorns.
