Instructions for Roll fish
To prepare the Roll fish recipe, please follow these instructions:
A not too large thick-bottomed pan greased with butter, 1 can of peeled tomatoes drained of moisture and poured into the dish, 1-2 leeks cleaned and cut into ca. 1 cm-thick slices are distributed over the tomatoes. Cream cheese, Curry and minced parsley stirred together into a uniform mass. The fish is washed and dried and added with the nice side face down. Salt and white pepper to taste. Cream cheese/Curry mass shall be distributed to the fish and this unravel from the tail-end and placed with the open side on the tomato/Leek mixture into the pan. Småsimrer in about 20 mins. Served as a main course with loose rice or as a starter with the flutes. Nice, easy right for the summer; quick and simple.
