Cook the chestnuts in salted water for 30 min. and purér them.

Brown roast beef in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper and roast it in the oven at 180 gr to the Center temperature is Warm chestnut puree through 60-62 gr and add cream and season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little cinnamon.

Serve with boiled potatoes and boiled Brussels sprouts.
