EVS. 10 g butter/magarine | ||

15 | g | Butter/margarine |
2 | Finely chopped shallots | |
2 | dl | Solve rice |
3 | dl | Broth |
Instructions for Rispilaff
To prepare the Rispilaff recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions very nicely. Melt the fat into a thickened pot. Pour onions and turmeric in the pan. Vaporize them without burning. Pour the rice into the pan and stir for ½ min. Pour broth into the pan and stir until the rice is boiled. Place a tight lid on the pot and put the boiler with water on the lid. Shrink the heat. Cook the rice 12 min. Take the rice of the heat. Let them stand 12 min. Remove the lid. Stir around with fork. Stir if necessary. Fat in the rice. Taste if Till with salt.
