5 | dl | Vegetable broth |
Instructions for Risotto with seafood mix
To prepare the Risotto with seafood mix recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake rice and mustard onions in olive oil.
They must not take color.
Add white wine and boil until half of the liquid has evaporated.
Add broth gradually.
It takes about 20 min. Until the rice is tender.
Add seafood mix.
Let it warm through.
