1 | tsp | Herbal spice |
1½ | dl | Lukewarm water |
15 | g | Yeast |
200 | g | Grated mozzarella 30% |
200 | g | Large shrimp |
225-250 | g | Wheat flour |
35 | g | Small black olives |
6 | Split, udkernede, red peppers |
Instructions for Rey pizza (low fat)
To prepare the Rey pizza (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the warm water, add oil, salt and sugar. Stir the majority of the flour in the dough and knead with as much flour as it can take. Let the dough lift up, covered a good half hour.
Slice the dough through and divide it into 2 pieces, each rolled out to square pizzas about 23x33 cm. Or circles about 24 cm. On a piece of baking paper. Move the baking paper onto the plate. Grill and peel the skin of the peppers. Sprinkle some of the cheese on the dough, put the prawns under the peppers and put them on the dough. This will prevent the shrimp from drying during baking.
