Instructions for Rendang Daging

To prepare the Rendang Daging recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the water to it reaches a temperature of approx. 30 degrees. Stir Asam into that water and say it over a bowl. Press the last water out of the saw and save it. The rest is thrown out. Cut the pinned onions into small terns. Squeeze garlic cloves over the bulbs and tear the ginger on top. Heat the oline in a saucepan and mix the meat with the onion mixture, with strong heat while stirring. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, puff pastry, salt and sambal oelek. Stir the meat until it is browned on all sides. Pour the coconut milk and the Asamvat into the pan and let it boil for approx. 1 min. Turn on low boil and allow the dish to cook for approx. 1 hour.
