The marinade mix and the meat pulls 4-6 hours in marinade in the refrigerator.
Meat and Leek rings Brown in Pan by excessive heat. CA. 10 min. the meat be turned regularly. There are seasoned with salt and provence spice. Meat FRY finished on a low heat for approx. 15 min. be taken up and pulls for 15 minutes before serving. The marinade is poured into the Pan and boil vigorously for 5-8 min. Then screwed down for even heat and the cream in. Season with salt and pepper. (The sauce may be smoothed a little if it is too thin.) Immediately before serving, beat the cold butter in.
Serve with Hasselbachkartofler.
