Cut approximately 1 ½ kg. Red cabbage. Boil the cabbage up. change the water. Cook up with new helping of water and let Cook for about 10 mins. take the cabbage up. mix red currant juice (Ribena URf.eks.), vinegar and sugar with sheeting, and reduce to half. Add the cabbage and soak ½ day.
