Peel the apples, chop them in quarters, remove the kernel and cut them into thin slices, put into the salad bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Scrape the carrots and tear them roughly into the salad bowl. Turn apples and carrots. Cut the cabbage into very thin strips blended with the rest. Sprinkle with oregano, pour marinade over and cool.
