Instructions for Raspberry tart 04
To prepare the Raspberry tart 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and the other ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.
2/3 of dough rolled out in ½ cm. thickness and pricked all over with a fork. Dejstykket rolled up on a rolling pin or similar and place over a pie shape, ca. 22 cm in diameter. Dough press cautious for in mould and pages, and the excess dough is pressed on the shape of the can with a flat hand.
The fruit is distributed over the mould and sprinkled with sugar. The remaining dough rolled out in ½ cm. thickness and cut into strips of approx. 1 cm. wide and in the length and placed over the filling as a crosshatch.
Bake on the oven bottom Groove by 220 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start. When the tart has cooled it is taken out of the mold and decorating with icing or whipped cream.
