1 | Bag frozen raspberries (300 g) | |
1 | dl | Yogurt plain or a38 |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
2 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
Instructions for Raspberry/Banana Smootie
To prepare the Raspberry/Banana Smootie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break banana into pieces and stuffed half in the Blender, then pour half of the frozen raspberries in. Then orange in both. Next, yogurt or A38, vanilla sugar and honey. Finish with the last half banana and the rest of the raspberry pure.
Tips:
(It's a little hard for the Blender, if you get all raspberry pure in at once, why am I doing it layered, but it is perhaps my blender is a little tired). If you do not just have orange in the House, it may be replaced with orange juice.
