To prepare the Raspberries on the bottom of the nest recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the nuts nicely in a food processor or blend them. Melt the butter and add the nuts together with flour. Distribute the mixture to the bottom of a greased spring form and style it in the freezer.
raspberry ice:
Whip egg yolks and flourish well. Mash the berries lightly and whip the cream to foam. Turn the berries and the cream in the egg yolks. Bring the cream on top of the nuts and freeze it in min. 4-5 hours. When serving, ice cream is sprinkled with fresh raspberries.
