1 1/4cupVegetable soup
1,5kgRabbit cut into appropriate pieces
1/2tspGround ginger
2Chopped onions
2Diced sour apples
30gBacon grease
30gFlour

Instructions for Rabbit in curry

To prepare the Rabbit in curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rub the rabbit with ginger and flour. Season onions and apples in the grease until golden. Add the rabbit, salt curry. Stir well and add the vegetable soup and coconut milk. Let it simmer for approx. 1 1/2 hour. Take the meat and tell the sauce and let it boil again. Add the meat to heat.

Serve with grated coconut on top and place a border of rice around the meat.
