300 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Rababerkompot
To prepare the Rababerkompot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the washed rhubarb into a couple of cm long pieces and put them with sugar and spoon vanilla in a pot with a thick bottom. Put the pot in the fridge and let the rhubarb cool down for the next day.
The rhubarb is carefully brought to the boil and cooks or simmer for 5-8 minutes. Fish the vanilla up.
Taste if Ginger composite, stir any. Atamon in and let the composite cool before serving - or pour it on cleaned, warm warmly rinsed with atamon and bind to immediately.
Store cool.
