To prepare the Rødvinsglace recipe, please follow these instructions:
Carrot and onion peeled and finthakkes (use also possibly celery remains). Root vegetables in a Pan fry in a little oil. Red wine and add the chicken stock and let it all småsimre in ca. 5 min. root vegetables and the sauce is cooked into the sieve from the get a syrupy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
