1 | tsp | Salt |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Quark so bold as possible |
2-3 | tbsp | Chopped almonds |
40-50 | g | Yeast |
5 | dl | Warm milk |
50 | g | Butter |

To prepare the Quark bread with honey and almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and stir in the honey and almonds in 350 g. of flour in History. the mixture, stir it together and let the batter rest for half an hour. Then add the Quark, melted and cooled butter, salt and the rest of the flour and knead the dough thoroughly. Let the draw warm and covered in a half hour, turn it down and shape it into 2 bread placed on a plate with wax paper and after a 15-minute time in.
