Instructions for Quail with almonds
To prepare the Quail with almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring salt and pepper to the birds, which of course you have already done. Put a pot of olive oil and raise the birds without coloring. Come to them. Now you are crushing or blending: almonds, garlic, sea salt and a little parsley for a paste, which you then come to the pan with the quails. Put white wine, water and jam in. Put on the lid and let them get tender.
Serve with pomme fries and bread and give 'a not too dry white wine.
