Instructions for Pumpkin pie

To prepare the Pumpkin pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Salted mix in the flour.
Butter and fat cut into small pieces and mix with the flour.
The dough come together quickly with water. The dough must not be over kneaded, and warm if you want pien crisp.
The dough be wrapped in foil and placed in the refrigerator 1 hour or so.

Pumpkin pieces chopped on a Board to have the same size as a large pea, and then stirred with sugar, spices, eggs, milk and flour in that order.
The mixture is put in the refrigerator.

When the dough has been going for an hour, spread it out in a pie dish or a deep pie dish (approx. 25 cm in diameter). The dough should reach right up to the edge of the pages.
The form is put in the fridge for a further hour.

The oven turns on at 210 degrees c. alm. oven, and the filling is poured into the mold when the oven is hot. Bake for 10 minutes at 210 degrees c. alm. oven, after which the heat tempered to 170 degrees c. alm. oven. Pien bake for an additional 30 minutes until filling is firm.

Pien cooled in form and are served in this, because it is crunchy and difficult to move.
Pien is served with whipped cream or creme fraiche.
