425 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Provence Breaking Bread
To prepare the Provence Breaking Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into water. Add oil, sprouts and salt. Add the flour gradually, until the dough has a suitable consistency. Eat the dough well. Put the dough covered in raising approx. 2½ hours. Divide the dough into about 15 pieces and shape each part into a bowl. Put the balls close together and let them adhere to approx. 15 minutes. Brush with coiled egg and behind the bread approx. 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
