It's all mixed together and blend well. Simple;-)

Tips:
I use the user even Tropical Sunfresh from, among other things. The grocery store as orange juice I have, why do I use soy milk allergy. Alm. milk or yogurt could easily replace this. Since I invented the recipe in a period when my mother had problems with appetite and hence I added 1 tsp flaxseed oil digestion as well as a hood full Maxim 85 + (a protein supplement, where the crowd matched the two part liquid I added smoothien). None of these ingredients damage the body, and smoothien could, therefore, also be used as a snack in a weight-loss period, where one often cuts off important proteins (i.e. meat) away as well (healthy) fat
