Instructions for Profiteroles with coffee cream
To prepare the Profiteroles with coffee cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
In a thick-bottomed pan met water, butter and sugar. This boils up, the Pan is moved from the heat and flour sprinkled in little by little. The dough is stirred with a spoon, saucepan set over the heat again, and bake the dough together as to a "melbolledej." A little after-only 2 min.-take the Pan from the heat. Tips:
