Instructions for Potkäse (potkæse)
To prepare the Potkäse (potkæse) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remains of mild, medium aged and matured cheese, as well as possibly a little blue cheese shreds or moses and put it in a jar.
Smear with Caraway schnaps, so it just covers ('s naps are excellent).
Pour 2 snaps glass rom over and a little salt and white pepper.
Put a lid on the jar.
The jar made cool and stir around in the cheese daily for 7 days.
Add the cream, if the cheese is too dry.
After 10 days the cheese is ready for use.
Tips:
Server the cheese for crackers, sourbread or crisp bread.
