To prepare the Potato soup with squash and leek (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes in broth together with thyme and bay leaf. Remove the herbs and blend the soup. Bring chopped pork and squash and boil for another 5 minutes.
Pour the cream in, boil and season the soup with salt and pepper.
