Scrub, boil and pil the potatoes and let them cool.
Half the tomatoes and mix them with potatoes and capers. Mix basil leaves, olive oil and vinegar in a bowl - taste with salt and pepper. Turn potatoes, tomatoes and capers lightly into the bowl and decorate the salad.
