Instructions for Potato-curry with Sesame
To prepare the Potato-curry with Sesame recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are boiled, steamed or made in the microwave oven until tender. The cooled, peeled and cut into large tern. Heat the oil in a large, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat. Cumin, coriander and sennesfrø toasting for one minute, stirring constantly. Sesame seeds are added, the FRY with in 2 min or until golden. Then add turmeric, chili, potatoes, lemon peel and lemon juice. The Court is stirred well through to the spices are evenly distributed and the potatoes are through heating. Season with salt and pepper.
