Instructions for Potato chives wreath
To prepare the Potato chives wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cook them well in the water. Pour the water from the potatoes, but save 2½ dl., Chill them and mash them with a fork. Stir the yeast into 2 tablespoons. Water and put it in a baking pan with potato water and oil. Cut the pearloin fine and add it with mashed potatoes, sugar, salt and most of the wheat flour. Add more flour until the dough just drops the bowl and knead it smoothly on a crispy table. Let the dough raise covered in the bowl a warm place approx. 1 hour. Brush a large edge shape with butter. Divide the dough in 18-20 pieces and roll them to buns. Lay them in the form next to each other, first a wreath at the bottom and saw a wreath easily shifted upwards. Repeat bread loosely and covered approx. ½ hour. Brush with eggs. Place the bread at the bottom of a 200 degree preheated oven and leave it for 20 minutes. Flip it gently out of the mold and leave it for another 5-10 minutes until it is completely blown and the crust is golden brown. Cool on the grid.
