Ingredients for Potato and tuna salad

12 | Lettuce leaves | |
125 | g | Green beans, cleaned and halved |
185 | g | Tuna in water, prepared |
2 | tsp | Capers |
2/3 | dl | Easy vinaigrette dressing |
4 | Hard boiled eggs | |
4 | large | Radishes |
500 | g | Small new potatoes |
8 | Cherry tomatoes |
Instructions for Potato and tuna salad
To prepare the Potato and tuna salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the potatoes in a pan and pour water so they are just covered. Bring in a boil with even heat. Place the beans in a steam insert or basket and place the top of the potatoes. Put on the lid and steam the beans for 5 minutes. Take the beans from the heat and cool them.
Continue cooking until the potatoes are tender, approx. 15 min. Put the potatoes in a bowl and pour the dressing over. Cool.
Tear the salad into mouthed bites and put them in a salad bowl. Slice the cucumber and put it in. Clean and slic the radishes and put them in the bowl. Half and add the tomatoes. Finally mix potatoes, dressing and green beans. Mix gently the salad. Cut the eggs in both and put eggs and tuna on top of the salad. Sprinkle with hijackers and server immediately.
