Instructions for Porridge soup, cold
To prepare the Porridge soup, cold recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Clean the pores and cut them well. Arrow sliced it in quarters.
Fry chicken stock. Potatoes, onions and pears are added and boiled under lid for approx. 30 minutes.
Let the soup cool a little and then puree in a blender. Allow the pure to cool completely (in a refrigerator), then mix the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon into shreds crispy on a pan and allow to cool on greasy paper. Serve the cold soup in biscuits, garnished with bacon strips and finely chopped garlic cloves.
