Wide bacon on the table - side by side to fit the size of the sirloin. Sprinkle the chilli sauce on bacon and put the sirloin on. Roll bacon over the meat and grill over only for about 25-35 minutes. Rinse under staniol for 5-10 minutes before cutting into slices and served.
