1 | Small pork tenderloin | |
1 | Lime juice and must from here | |
1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 | pinch | Sugar |
1.5 | dl | Water or broth |
150 | g | Noodles |
2 | tbsp | Peanut butter |

To prepare the Pork Tenderloin in lime and peanutssauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tenderloin into thin slices. Sauté the meat in the oil in a frying pan, take the meat up and keep it hot. Pour the water or broth to the Pan along with peanuts butter, lime and soy sauce. Stir around a bit and let it simmer for about 1 minute. Season with a little sugar.
Cut the courgetten in thin both. Cook the noodles, following the instructions on the packet, and let courgetterne cook with in the noodle water.
Server noodles and Zucchini with meat and sauce. Set like lime and soy sauce on the table, so you can adjust the taste.
