Ingredients for Pork squash and beans
0.5 | dl | Sesame seeds |
0.75 | dl | Vegetable stock |
0.75 | dl | Chopped celery |
1 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 | tsp | Maizenamel |
1 | Sliced or chopped squash | |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
500 | g | Fresh green beans for 5 cm. length |
Instructions for Pork squash and beans
To prepare the Pork squash and beans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil up in an iron pot or in a Saute pan. Gently fry the beans in 2-3 minutes, until tender with still crisp. Add the squash, celery, lemon juice, salt and sesame seeds and saute it in 3 minutes.
Add the broth, put the lid on and simmer for 3 minutes. Pipe maizenaen out with 1 tbsp. wetness and got it in court. Stir until the vegetables are covered.
Løskogte rough rice or cereals can be served.
