150gPork Tenderloin into cubes
2Leaves fresh Sage
4Pearl onions
4Sherry tomatoes
4Small mushrooms

Instructions for Pork on spear

To prepare the Pork on spear recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the meat in a bowl of olive oil, sage salt and pepper. Let it pull for 20 min. Then pull the meat on two spoons and switch between meat, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
Put the spoons in the oven under grill for 10-12 minutes or grill them outside over charcoal. Turn them and brush with marinade and meat juice. Put the spoons on a plate and decorate with fresh sage. Can be served with new pork or fresh salad.
