Ingredients for Pork liver in dish

1 | dl | Tomato puree |
100 | g | Bacon, sliced |
1-2 | tsp | Dijon mustard |
2 | dl | Grøntsagsbuillon (from tern) |
2-3 | clove | Garlic |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
30 | g | Frying margarine |
500 | g | Pig liver |
Instructions for Pork liver in dish
To prepare the Pork liver in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and wipe the liver. Slice it in strips and turn it into the flour mixed with the spices.
Half the bacon slices and wrap them on the forehead with garlic cloves.
Take the bacon slices off the forehead. Keep warm and brown liver pieces in the bacon grease and possibly. Little extra fat.
Sprinkle the rest of the flour over.
Place the liver pieces in a greased refractory dish together with the bacon strips.
Boil the pan with broth and tomato paste.
Stir the mustard with lemon juice and cook in the oven before pouring over the liver pieces.
Cover the dish with steak oil and put it in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
As an accessory, you can use freshly cooked potatoes or raw root vegetables.
tips:
Tomato puree and broth can easily be replaced by 2 cans of chopped tomatoes of about 400 g with spices. Mushroom is preferable. Drain one of the cans for moisture. So give the same consistency as boiled with broth and tomato sauce and add an extra boost.
