50 | g | Small black olives |
50 | g | Sun-dried tomatoes |

To prepare the Pork chop with sun dried tomatoes and olives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tomatoes into strips and simmer them in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and brown them on a hot pan with oil and butter. Give them 3 min. on every side. Take them off the heat and keep them warm.
Season the finely chopped onions in the same fat. Add tomatoes with liquid and let it boil. Add cream.
Let the sauce boil and add olive and freshly baked basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with freshly cooked pasta.
