2 | Pork chops without bone (ca. 2 cm thick) | |

To prepare the Pork chop with lightning vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes.
Cut potatoes and squash into long-matched strips. Arrow slipped and cut into strips. Cut / cut tomatoes into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Bowl on the forehead and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Bowl the potatoes on the forehead. Flip them often.
