½Squash (125 g)
1tbspOil
1Red onion
10gButter or margarine
2Baking potatoes
2Pork chops without bone (ca. 2 cm thick)
3-4Pieces of sundried tomatoes

To prepare the Pork chop with lightning vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes.
Cut potatoes and squash into long-matched strips. Arrow slipped and cut into strips. Cut / cut tomatoes into thin strips.
