2 | dl | Pork broth |

The pork chops are spiced and cooked on both sides for approx. 7-8 min. On each side at even heat.
The rice is boiled, drained and mixed with the ananastre. Heat lightly through low heat.
The chops are removed from the forehead and kept warm.
A pandeafkog made of lemon juice, broth and coriander. Equalized with maizena.
Season with salt and pepper.
