To prepare the Pommes macaré recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes of ½ X ½ centimeters, boiling until they are almost tender.
The potatoes are sifted, stirring with cream fry and spiced until you get a lumpy mash.
