The butter is melted, the flour is stirred. The dough is bake with water and cream. The pot is taken from the heat. The egg yolks are stirred for one at a time. Sugar, lemon peel and almonds are stirred in. Whites whip stiff and turn in. The dough is baked at low heat like 3-4 pancakes.
