1 | dl | Painted hazelnuts |
125 | g | Butter |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Water |
7-800 | g | Plums |
Instructions for Plum tart, French
To prepare the Plum tart, French recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came the flour in a bowl or a kitchen machine. Add the fat into slices and sugar and stir or run for it will be a gritty bunch. Add water and work fast the dough together. Let the rest cold for 30 min.
Meanwhile, take the stones out of the yolks, and the cut in small boats.
Roll the dough out and place it in a pieform, approx 25 cm. in diameter. Press the dough firmly up against the edge. Style the mold in the refrigerator for a moment.

Behind pien for about 30 minutes at 225 degrees c. alm. oven. If it gets too dark towards the end, covered with foil.
Take out of oven and sprinkle icing sugar pien across pien. Glasér tart a moment in the oven under the grill.
