To prepare the Plum-PEAR chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put all ingredients except yolks in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Boil it for low heat for approximately 2 hours. Stir now and then. Add the yolks when they 10-15 minutes left of cooking time. Cool and pour chutneyen on glass approximately ¾ l.
