3tspTørsleffs red melatin without canning
50gCoarsely chopped walnuts

The washed plums halved, issu-nes and boil, covered, for 10 minutes with orange peel, Orange and lemon juice. Add sugar and cook with in 5 min. Walnuts and Grand Marnier added. Red Melatin mix well with 2 tbsp. sugar and add while stirring in the boiling fruit. Boil for 2 mins. Finally, the jam is poured on small vessels and scalded glass that immediately closes. After cooling, finally, the jam should be refrigerated.
