10 | g | Active dry yeast |
200-250 | g | Grated cheese |

Instructions for Pizza with chorizo, eggplant and squash
To prepare the Pizza with chorizo, eggplant and squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Flour, dried yeast, salt mix in a bowl. Water and oil are added. Pour the dough to smooth and style it for a slight spot for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two. Roll each portion onto a table sprinkled with flour. Roll each to a large round pizza and place them on a baking sheet coated with baking paper.
Sauce: Blend chopped tomato with garlic and peppers. Sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and basil are stirred and the sauce is boiled. Simmer for 15-20 minutes and boil some of the water.
Fill
Cut the eggplant and squash into thin slices and salt them. Let them pull for approx. 10 min, then rinse and fry in oil until they get color.
The chorizo sauce is cut into slices.
Distribute the aubergines and squash on the bottom. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then chorizo and baking the pizza at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
